Do you still love Crystal Renn after her dramatic weight loss? I think after she lost weight everything she stood for was lost. Her biography sounds interesting but the underlining fact of self acceptance as a naturally fuller woman has been lost. What do you think?
Very difficult for me to answer. I have read her biography, but it is hard for me to translate it into what is happening now with her weight. She did say she was comfortable at a size 12, that was “where her body should be”. She stands for self acceptance at any size so I guess there is that to be accounted for. But I do think she should have been more careful in her book with things she said. I think a lot of people feel the way you do. :( Don’t let it get you down too much, remember to be proud of who you are, don’t let another icon define who you are. I’ve made that mistake, and learned from it.
