I just wanted to clear up the space of me being proud of my curves and being healthy.
I know some of you are like “wait does she think? Everyone needs to lose weight? Or is she proud to be curvy?” The answer is that I believe if you are curvy and don’t feel good about yourself then exercise and eat healthier. But if you are happy the way you are then thrive in your curves.
But exercise is always a good thing. Walk with friends, stay active. You don’t have to run two miles to lose that weight! In the long run, being healthy will keep you happy and alive. lol
