When I get in a rut like this I either A. take a long bubble bath with candles, and lots of bubbles. One of my favorite things in the world. OR B. Shake the bad feelings off with a good distraction. I might go out and take a lot of pictures, watch a movie, or do yoga. Something to get my mind off of it. It isn’t good to dwell on the negative! There is soooo much in the world to be thankful for, think about that. :)
