Hmmmmm… For the most part I eat what I want, but I have taught myself to crave things that are good for me! I adore salads, broccoli, fish, meat, avocado, sunflower seeds, and several other things. I don’t follow a diet, I just eat what makes me feel good… Not always, I do eat junk food when I REALLLY want it, moderation is key. :) Reward yourself! If you have been good all week, have some frozen yogurt on the weekends, or get some veggie pizza! You deserve a treat! <3
