I am constantly inspired by this website, Hel Looks. Hel Looks is a street style blog from Helsinki. As the weather gets colder I look for more and more ways to look stylish but stay warm. This site is fabulous for that, check it out here.
Another thing I love about it is that it shows people of all shapes, sizes, and styles! :)

I will be posting photographs that I wish I was in or I took them or I was wearing the items they are wearing every wednesday! I will call it “Why didn’t I do this” (WDIDT) Wednesdays! haha horrible name, I know. I just like the idea of posting weekly insiration that helps keeping me inspired and hopefully it will help you.
Winter is a really tough season for me to get through creatively. This year, I am hoping looking at inspiration it will help?! lol It is worth a try! :) Soooo here is my first post:
Coco Rocha is seriously amazing in everything that she does, and everything in this photograph is perfect. And green is my favorite color right now. I cannot stop wearing it…

This is my runway inspired look! I have been searching the runways for some inspiration over the past few days and this is the idea I came up with! If you have seen some pieces, you definitely would have noticed a black and blue trend. Here is an example, and another.
It is awesome to pair black with blue! This dress really makes it look amazing and effortless. So, I really didn’t have to do much… lol

I have been very inspired from the 1920/30’s lately… Maybe it is the fact that I took some photos for the ModStylists in their 1920’s garb today?

Since my school has been way insane lately, I want to reach out to you my beautiful followers.
There has been a lot of things going on with the plus size industry in the past few years- Crystal Renn taking power at a 16, then going down to an 8. Curvy models and Beth ditto walking for Gaultier. ETC.
I just feel like I express my passion for seeing curvy women on the runway soooo much, I want to know: what are your thoughts? Do you think designers should have a variety on their runways? How passionate are you? Send me your inspiring e-mails, personal stories, or anything that you want to share. (If they are just for me tell me that, otherwise I will share your stories anonymously).
I need a pick me up, and I think some of my followers do too. :D

For the first time in two weeks, I finally found some inspiration. I was reading a book about fashion design last night, and today just went really well.
I only had one class! :D Then straight to work @ModCloth! One of the writers for the blog is going to be doing some exciting blog posts coming up. One of which will involve me! :DDDD She interviewed me today! I really got pumped up. I cannot tell you how passionate I am about what I do, and how I feel about supporting plus size models (and people in general).
So, hopefully you all will enjoy that when it happens next week. :}

OK everyone… So, I was supposed to be on the ModCloth blog for rompers. However, the romper was too tight on my butt… GO figure. lol
I am not complaining at all, I just got a new inspiration! I really actually like the idea of a romper. Also, I kinda like the way they look on my body, if they fit me.
SOO the point is I was in Salvation Army the other day, and I saw a red romper that I decided not to try it on or buy it.. I regret it now. But I may go back soon to see if its still there!
The thing I liked most about it was that it was LONG and BIG, with a drawstring around the hips. Probably the best sized romper I have ever seen. But hopefully I will find it and can show you all how curvy ladies can wear rompers too… Whether you like them or not!! :D
