PRINTS ON PRINTS! This is something I have always been kind of afraid to do, but here is another take on it. I like how they are both black and white prints so it keeps it minimal. :) I have mixed prints one other time, and you can see it here.

Tomorrow I have a look inspired by a runway show! I know you are all super excited… ;)

Like everyone else, I have a bit of a crazy life. Full time job, part time student, model, photographer and fashion blogger. So, most of the time when I style myself in the morning I style myself for COMFORT. It isn’t the most fun I have had with my wardrobe, but it has helped me become more creative. I am all about bold crazy tops, paired with comfortable jeans or leggings. If I am feeling daring maybe some heels with it, to tie it together.

But I have learned that it is OK, not to wear a dress everyday. All you need is killer accessories!!! - Mandy

Me on Madison plus!! :D I am meeting the ladies of MP in NYC this weekend! :D

FYI: I did not wear this out except for my backyard fire escape. Not to say I wouldn’t I just wanted it in an outfit post. I have really been digging rompers, and sandals with socks lately.

This hat tends to hide my eyes quite well, but honestly I don’t mind it much. The hat is so mod and fabulous I don’t mind covering up some of my face to show it off. But here are more pics of my head in case it bothered you. ;-)

Last summer no one wanted to believe that the rompers were coming back in style! But I bought this red one last summer at Salvation Army and I loved it, very flattering to my curvy body. This one is a little more of a challenge, its tighter.

These socks really give my outfit a much needed splash of color. And there is nothing better than royal blue with black and white.
hat: thrifted ($4), romper: thrifted ($3), necklace: ModCloth ($12), socks: ModCloth ($10), shoes: ModCloth ($70)

This tribal print is so 80’s and so busy. I really like it. I think the necklace draws away your attention from the print to it, making it AWESOME because I adore cameras. What do you think?

Business Casual
It is funny how I plan outfits, I don’t! I see something on the floor and throw it on, add accessories and RUN! I always seem to be in a hurry, which isn’t very fun. But this is what I wore to work, classic but comfortable. (More fun outfit photos will be coming I PROMISE!) I have been so boring lately.

(Sexy double chin action there?!? Brilliant) haha

This was after a lovely night I had with the boyfriend. Believe it or not we are outside of my apartment in these photos! It looks pretty shady right? Because there is an abandon party store next door! So, they kinda have like a lawn, where the store is hiding. haha

I like the different colors of our skin. :)

Immediately after these pictures were taken, Kevin and I parted ways for the rest of the week. But he gave me this lovely flower. :) Which I thought was really cute.

<3 I had a lovely weekend, How was yours my lovelies?

This day was awesome. Kevin and I were on our way to get Thai and we saw a photo opp. :) I will be showing more pics of the food later. :} It was delicious as always. We were also going to change in the car to go to a big event at my work! :) It was at the Andy Warhol Museum. But these are outfits before the party’s “BIG CHANGE” (it was a black tie kind of event).

As you pple will learn, I dress for comfort. NOT ALWAYS, but for work, when I sit for 8 hours then go to class for 4 its allllll about comfort. lol

However, comfort to me doesn’t mean sweatpants. I mean sure it does at home! But jeans and a nice shirt is comfortable enough for me! I really like this shirt it is maternity but I feel sooo flowy and pretty in it! :) I am also obsessed with crazy patterns/florals. ITS SUMMER! That is my excuse. ;)

Shoes are awesome. lol

Top: Maternity (no im not preggers)

Target Jeans: Borrowed from a friend

Leather wedges+ necklace: ModCloth

Purse: Prada (I wear it with everrrryyythingggg)

I know its a little late to ask, but how was your weekend???

My boyfriend and I went walking in a park this week. I was really cranky after class, so this walk really helped calm me down. But I have been thinking more about my blog. I started my blog by the name of the “Curvy Peacock” I still love that name, but then I got the name “Curvy Couture”! Which is what most of you know me by- The rest of you know me as “The Curvy Model”. Nevertheless, I am Mandy. :) Sorry I change my blog name so much, I just can’t decide what I want. If you have been following me for a while, you know how indecisive I am… haha

The more I think about my blog the more I realize: THIS BLOG IS FOR ME! This blog defines me as a person, in a sense. Of course I care so, soooo much about all of my amazing followers. But my problem is all I think about is what I can post to make you all happy! It stresses me out! So I will continue to do inspiration photos and fun stuff like that, but I will be doing more outfit photos. Just things that fancy me. :) I love pictures, so expect more pictures like these!! :)

Hopefully I can find a medium to please all of you too! You guys are the reason my blog has readers/followers. I could write a novel on how much I love you guys. The e-mails that make me tear up, the replies, and the amount of ppl who visit my blog! You all ROCK my socks off.

My boyfriend has become my photographer for outfit posts, and we are using my camera. :) I feel bad that I am so picky, I make him take so many pics. But his eye is so different than mine. Which makes it interesting.

I thought he deserved a little something after helping me take outfit photos. :}

Top- (really a dress, but I’m too tall) ModCloth!

Have a lovely weekend my dears!

Like the photos??

Tumblr did it again… It deleted all of my outfit photos except one, and erased my whole paragraph!! :(

Well anyways, here are the rest of the pics. All I remember saying was that I felt really pretty in this dress, and wore the (shorts) leggings underneath because the dress was too short. It may look a bit crazy, but I was comfy. :}

I worked from 9-5 and sat in traffic for an hour on my way to class from 6-10…. Wow, my life. Getting ready to do it all again tomorrow!! wahooooo ;)
