I did a lot of cool stuff, and it has been a great week! To top it all off tonight I am going out with my best friend, and tomorrow I am thrifting with Julie and Terra! :}

The weekend in retrospect. It was amazing.
Friday I stayed in with my best friend and had a few beers.
Saturday I went out with Julie thrifting, then out dancing with the ModStylists!
Sunday Kevin and I got a mini tree (which looks like a fluffy bush) and decorated it! :)
It is going to be Luna’s first Christmas! :)
How was your weekend?
Life has been really good lately, but I have been insanely uninspired by my wardrobe. Hence the no outfit photos. Oh and the weather sucks. lol
I am sure you all know how I feel though! Like today at work I am wearing a scarf (as always) with a boring top and jeans, nothing exciting. Maybe I need to make more time in the morning for me to really get ‘dressed’.
Any advice??
I had two of my photographs in a gallery for school today! It was pretty darn interesting seeing them on a wall next to everyone else’s stuff…
I love seeing how everyone has a different eye, who is to judge what is a good photograph or not? What say you??

Went to Deep Creek Lake again this past weekend. It was so colorful, I couldn’t get over it! So, naturally I took about 1290830298 pictures!
I am so lucky Kevin puts up with all of my crazy picture taking! :} He is amazing. Hahaa, and he was posing for me this weekend! Here is a funny one:
I love this man. Anyways, so life was awesome just relaxing, soaking up the sun, hanging out with Kevin’s cousin the LOVELY Lauren, and her boyfriend Ian. We just basically did one huge double date the whole weekend. They are my favorite couple to chill with. :D
So, since we were outside and it was gorgeous I thought hey? Why not do an outfit post? lol It was one of those days where I felt so fresh, the weather made me feel like a new person. I didn’t even think much about my outfit (you can probably tell)!
It was during the “golden hour” and it was so beautiful. No picture could actually capture it, but I think we came close.

What did you do this weekend?!?!?!?
I have some awesome friends. Friends that have let me practice photographing them to learn and teach myself! This post is dedicated to these friends. Also, these are some of my favorite photographs I have taken of them. :) I <3 photography, and have so much to learn!!! :D (Facebook fan page here)

This is what I would have worn my first day of school, yesterday, if it wasn’t so freaking hot! I just love this lace maxi skirt, I would wear it everyday if the weather would chill out a little (literally)! I bought it back in 9th grade after I officially parted from my “punk” phase. I wore it constantly for a while in high school then probably didn’t wear it for 3 years. Never the less I found it again and haven’t looked back! Ladies, do not be afraid to wear white this fall, as long as you do it properly. I always love a good white and black combo, but I wanted to get a little more creative this time by adding the brown belt and vintage gold necklace. Both the belt and necklace I got from a flea market! It is my final year of college, but this skirt makes it all bearable. Thank you white lace maxi skirt for lightening up my wardrobe.
Lazy Sunday…
Its funny how people always call Sunday “lazy”. I use Sundays for catching up and cramming stuff in I didn’t do over the weekend! So- Sundays are never actually lazy for me… Maybe someday?!

Moan and complain because this is my last week of summer. :((( Its kevin’s last day of summer, so I won’t complain too much.
Oh and watch true blood… Kevin and I have become addicted to this show- yes some parts are insanely corny. And also, it has some unnecessary nudity, but we like it. :}
Ok, enough talk. Time to work. :) No lazy Sunday for me! Maybe next lifetime??

This day was awesome. Kevin and I were on our way to get Thai and we saw a photo opp. :) I will be showing more pics of the food later. :} It was delicious as always. We were also going to change in the car to go to a big event at my work! :) It was at the Andy Warhol Museum. But these are outfits before the party’s “BIG CHANGE” (it was a black tie kind of event).
As you pple will learn, I dress for comfort. NOT ALWAYS, but for work, when I sit for 8 hours then go to class for 4 its allllll about comfort. lol
However, comfort to me doesn’t mean sweatpants. I mean sure it does at home! But jeans and a nice shirt is comfortable enough for me! I really like this shirt it is maternity but I feel sooo flowy and pretty in it! :) I am also obsessed with crazy patterns/florals. ITS SUMMER! That is my excuse. ;)
