I think the model is absolutely stunning, but I am not a huge fan of the collection…
I think they still have a ways to go. But model choice was brilliant, she stole the show. I don’t even see the clothes, except the cuff… LOVE the cuff.

After doing the Z Spoke show last season in New York, Crystal Renn won’t walk any this season in New York (though she did appear in Z Spoke’s fall 2011 look book, which the label released in lieu of a runway show). New York has been slower to come around to casting plus-size models in fashion shows than Europe — and it’s been skinny-skinny as usual so far this Fashion Week — but we hear Renn has a show booked across the pond. Meanwhile, Marquita Pring, who walked the Jean Paul Gaultier show last season, modeled in Joy Cioci’s first Fashion Week presentation in the tents this evening along with a few other “plus-size” ladies who blended in seamlessly with the “straight-size” girls. You could pick the plus sisters out of the model lineup if you looked hard enough…
I just want to say:
HEY BIG NEW YORK DESIGNERS!
GROW A PAIR, CRYSTAL ISN’T EVEN (technically) A PLUS SIZE MODEL ANYMORE! She is a size six, and looks amazing. So, get off your high horse and face the facts. She makes everything look good. You would have so much support as a designer if you did so.

Oh, hello tumblr!
I just got home from work about an hour ago, all filled with dinner, and taking a break from finishing cleaning my room… OMG I have soooooo many clothing articles! ;) Currently I am putting my stuff away for spring/summer.
This post is to update you on my life lately, I have been a busy bee following my dreams!
You all know that the semester from hell is over, I know I bring it up a lot. But I do that because it was a huge hurdle that I didn’t think I was going to be able to jump, but I did. :) This coming semester? Consists of three photography courses, a cooking class, a hotel mgmt class, and one final marketing class before I GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE! Everything seems to be happening so quickly.
I bet you have all noticed that my blog has been a big “meh” lately, no outfits or crazy modeling excursions. But I promise you there is a BIG reason behind it. Unfortunately it is a big secret right now, but it wont be long before it’s out… Probably about a month. (HOLY CRAP A MONTH?!?! Yea, so I am not entirely ready for it. But I AM excited!)
Yes, this may be a “big secret” but I am looking for ten volunteers to help make it happen, and make it FREAKING UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
1) I prefer women who are a size 10 and above.
2) Greatly interested in fashion.
3) Willing to share your opinion, in a good manner.
4) FUN and helpful! :)
